How do I contact a seller?
Can I return an item?
Deals are between you and the seller, so there are no returns through Sadde. Try the item carefully before you pay. See buying safely.
Does Sadde deliver?
No. You arrange collection or delivery with the seller. We recommend meeting in person so you can try the item first.
Selling
How much does it cost to post an ad?
Standard ads are free. Paid options to feature or boost an ad are coming soon.
How long does my ad stay up?
Your ad stays up for the number of days shown when you post it. We email you a few days before it ends, and you can renew it for free from My ads.
Why was my ad not approved?
We tell you why by email and on the ad itself. Usually it is a missing price, stock photos, or something our community guidelines don't allow. Edit the ad to fix it and it comes back to us for another look.
How do I change or remove my ad?
Go to My ads. Use Edit to change the details or photos, Mark as sold when it's gone, or Delete to remove it.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 12 photos, JPG, PNG or WebP. The first photo is the cover; drag photos to change the order.

I forgot my password
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings › Profile › Delete account. See delete your data for details.
I didn't get the verification email
Check your spam or promotions folder. You can ask for a new link from the page shown after you sign in.
Safety
I think an ad is a scam
Don't send any money. Use Report this ad on the ad page and we'll look at it quickly.
Will Sadde ever ask for my password or bank details?
Never. If someone claiming to be from Sadde asks for your password, card number or a one-time code, it's a scam. Please tell us.
